Owner supplies and closet are off limits to guest. No parking allowed in the garage. *Please note: the cabin is on the path of many types of wildlife, including black bears. We are located right at the edge of the Great Smoky Mountains, so sightings are common. Guests should not leave out any belongings, food, or trash, lock vehicles, and absolutely not feed the bears. Other Details to Note
This is a family-owned cabin and we appreciate you respecting it as your own (or your best friend's house). We provide a starter supply of toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, hand soap, dish soap/sponge, K-cups, and trash can liners. You may need to purchase additional supplies depending on the length of your stay. YouTube TV is provided on all TVs, and you can use your streaming services with Roku. Remember to bring your login information for your streaming services. The hot tub is cleaned between guests. Please note the posted rules and use at your own risk. Our cabin is located at the edge of the Great Smoky Mountain National Park and the property and neighborhood are wooded. Wildlife including but not limited to bears, foxes, bobcats, turkeys, rabbits, etc. inhabit the area. Please do not feed them, maintain a safe distance, and do not leave any food in your vehicle(s). You will also see a variety of insects and although our property is serviced by a pest control company, insects may be seen in the cabin, especially if doors are opened frequently. Just remember you are in nature and it's part of the adventure! Please read our house rules before booking. Additional fees may be assessed for breaking rules. We encourage guests to purchase travel insurance. No cancellations due to weather or guests' inability to travel at time of the reservation.
